Advertised Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Finance and Administration for Business Support is responsible for supporting business office functions for the Enrollment Management Unit. This position will serve as a primary point of contact, and will provide support for quickly and accurately performing purchasing, travel, and human resource related activities for the offices within Enrollment Management. They will primarily focus on serving the needs of the offices of Admissions, Enrollment Data Analytics, Visitor Center, and New Student Orientation; however, they may assist up to three other offices within Enrollment Management as needed.
The Coordinator must ensure compliance with University policies and procedures for activities related to purchasing, HR, and travel, and also provide accurate and appropriate information to staff members and other internal constituents (e.g. VP's Office, Purchasing Department, Controller's Office, HR) as needed.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
