- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of relevant financial, budgeting and/or accounting experience
- Demonstrated leadership in an organization of comparable size to IS&T
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skill, and proficiency using analytical tools including excel, Power BI (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience supervising, and developing a team
- Takes initiative to innovate and improve department processes
- Collaborative problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion managing confidential employee and organizational data
