The Finance Director works closely with Zingerman’s Partners, collaborating on strategic and financial planning and analysis to drive growth and profitability across the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses (ZCoB). The Finance Director is a champion for the use of open-book management. In addition to managing the ZSN finance department, this position leads the ZCoB finance group to ensure financial discipline in the businesses by creating and ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of financial practices, reporting, and systems. This position is a “news maker”, not merely a “news reporter”, innovating and proactively identifying new opportunities
