B.A./B.S. degree required, exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office software, detailed oriented and organized, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines, take initiative, think strategically, work independently, and be proactive. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and multiple constituents simultaneously. Prior experience with Handshake and/or Salesforce a plus. Project Management experience and knowledge of Trello preferred. Three to five years of experience in corporate relations, career counseling, and/or recruiting/employer engagement. Large event management experience is a big plus. Candidate must be able to work occasional early mornings (8am start) and evenings (until 8pm), and one or two weekends during the academic year during peak recruiting season (Fall: September November and Spring: January April). Remote work up to two days per week is offered throughout the calendar year.
