Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations for the Department of History. Reporting to the Chair of the Department of History, the Director of Finance and Operations (Director) serves as the department's (and all affiliated programs) Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and works with the faculty leadership and staff in developing and implementing the financial and administrative structure of the Department.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Responsible for the management of daily operations for a variety of business services including finance, budget, grant accounting, the administration of policies, personnel, space and facilities planning
