AGREEMENT FINANCE ASSOCIATE, Office of Strategic Alliances and Technology Transfer (OSATT)-Technology Licensing Office (TLO), to review, administer, and manage the financial terms of license agreements, option agreements, and joint invention agreements for the TLO, working closely with technology licensing officers and the finance team. Will manage administrative information related to intellectual property being licensed; and validate income amounts and application in support of case royalty distribution reports, agreement financial data management, and relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders (licensees/joint owners).
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; three years of experience in the financial/business administrative areas; strong financial data analysis and reporting skills; excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook and Word and advanced-level Excel skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interact across functional areas teams in TLO, MIT inventors, and joint owners of MIT intellectual property. Seek a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative and the ability to problem solve.
