In this role you’ll implement, evaluate and maintain accounting and financial management systems and processes, work with an accounting team, and partner with senior ownership of the company.  This work directs and manages the fiscal functions in accordance to GAAP, provides analytics and financial interpretations with monthly trends and year over year comparisons, all to shape the strategic direction for the firm.

• Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
• 10 years' experience with progressive responsibility, A/E/C/ experience a plus
• 4 years' leadership experience, managing teams and the success of those reporting to you
• Proven track record in a role involving significant decision-making authority regarding the accounting functions of the organization
• Proficient in Office 365, experience with Ajera-Deltek a plus
