Finance Supervisor (FP&A) -Latin America- Abbott Nutrition International (ANI)

Our location in Abbott Park, IL, currently has an opportunity for a Finance Supervisor (FP&A) -Latin America ANI role.
- The Finance Supervisor Latin America ANI is a Key finance role supporting ANI LATAM $1 Billion in Sales Commercial organization.
- It supports the organization through consolidation, reporting and most relevant analysis of Area financials in all cycles (Actuals, Plan and rLBEs). Drives the needed action mobilization to deliver on our challenging goals. Expected to support senior management with key insights, key metrics definition and monitoring, and proactively highlighting potential risks/opportunities.
- Directly supports our affiliates' organizations as a sound Area finance partner including Project Management.
- Solid communication skills to drive effective discussions with Affiliates, Area team and with ANI Division Management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinates quarterly rLBEs, Confirmations and Annual Plan deliverables for AN Latin America region.
- Financial review of all planning cycles provides timely insights and help Area to action on any anomalies, omissions, or unexpected trends.
- Independently consolidates reporting and analyzes Area results including providing succinct and relevant variances commentary on a timely basis to multiple levels of Area, ANI and Division management.
- Responsible to alert Country Controller/FD on a timely basis for any potential implication from unexpected trends and with the team to proactively offer solutions.
- Serve as a key business partner with affiliates and Area commercial team to manage projects and key initiatives including the communication of the results on a regular basis (GtN, Cost Leadership and Commercial Excellence.
- Active engagement with Affiliates to learn how they operate, understand their key issues and opportunities
- Support affiliates with on-boarding of new personnel and training as needed
- Provide timely and consistent support to Latin America affiliates for reporting issues resolution, including systems (Host analytics, CCI/HFM), technical planning questions and Area-ANI-Division requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and backup schedules to assist finance and commercial management in decision-making process
- Support Area S&OP meeting and reviews with thoughtfulness and actions identification
- Executes Month close reporting for total LA (Sales flash, PnL month close, MFR)
- Executes Month close activities for Area HQ, including accruals, performance charges and ICB support
- Controls Budget for LAHQ, including monthly reporting and Plan/rLBE forecasting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Finance, Accounting or Business-related major
Preferred
- BS, Master or CPA preferred
- 5+ years - Progressive Finance or Accounting career development. Experience in an affiliate, supporting a Commercial organization. International organization is a plus
- Excel and Financial planning-analysis is a must.
- Ideal Financial systems knowledge: Host Analytics, HFM/CCI, SAP
- Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to define the right reports, analyze data and communicate timely outcome - recommendations
- Decks preparation for senior leadership discussions. Ability to communicate complex matters in a very simple way. Processes definition and communication.
- Ability to understand all out LatAm businesses, manage, analyze and interpret data. Rapidly adapt to changing dynamics and continues improvement mind set
- Experience working in fast paced environment, working smarter and prioritizing to address multiple deliverables and issues as they arise in real time.
