As a Lead Accountant, you are a skilled communicator who'll provide technical direction, leadership, and coaching to associates to ensure our financial reporting is complete, accurate, and in compliance with general accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Every day, you'll be responsible for reviewing work prepared by associates, research complex accounting issues and leverage in-depth business knowledge as well as technology solutions to continue enhancing our business processes. To thrive in this role, you have had a balanced combination of expertise in accounting and financial statement audits with a proven track record of coaching and guiding others.
