The Finance Assistant assists in tracking, monitoring, and providing the daily financial and business functions of the accounting process for Association accounts. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to preparing accounts payable documents, printing checks, copying/filing, and preparing accounts receivable invoices. The position works with administrative, program and management staff to prepare grant billings and other Association invoices. The Finance Assistant will work with the Shared Business Network IT Lead to provide direction and implementation of IT services in the association.
