The Clinical Financial Coordinator will provide professional support for the Office of Finance and Administration. This position is expected to perform basic financial analysis. Additionally, the Clinical Finance Coordinator is responsible for updating and sending monthly reports to individual departments. This position is also responsible for participating in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes by preparing departmental templates and assisting the Clinical Financial Analyst and the Clinic Finance Manager with consolidation and verification of financials for submissions to the Budget Center.
The position will work closely with the Clinical Financial Analyst to reconcile monthly results (budget vs. actuals) and provide explanations for variances and analyze trends. He/she will be asked to work independently to perform simple financial analyses.
The clinical finance coordinator will also work closely with the departments to help them meet their financial goals by providing assistance with financial issues and school policies.
The individual will be responsible for coordinating budget meetings. The individual must handle extremely sensitive data with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
