The Specialist will be responsible for query and report development, financial and clinical analysis, supply chain data standardization and management, and contract compliance monitoring. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the Item Master for new adds/edits that are published through the Workflow, GL code on-going maintenance for accuracy, data clean-up and standardization for MMIS conversions, and support for distribution, product, and manufacturing conversions. This position requires a highly flexible and detail-oriented individual to utilize clinical and analytical skill sets to provide consistently accurate decision support to the corporate analytics, content management IMS team and Tenet leadership on a routine basis.
Bachelorâ��s degree in healthcare or business.
3+ years of work experience in healthcare, supply chain or database management is required.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Experience and knowledge of MMIS operations and administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel required.
Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of personnel and other external parties, frequently in situations which are sensitive and/or significant to the company.
Organizational skills necessary to plan, direct, and control critically important projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects within the required timelines established.
