What you be doing in this role:
The Project Manager provides high level coordinator and administrative support for the Finance Department, including independently coordinating resolution of all projects and issues. The Project Manager role serves as the first point of contact for large projects and initiatives in the department. In many cases, you are able resolve issues before advancing them to supervisors. Serves as administrative liaison with others outside the department. Performs work of a confidential nature, and exercises initiative. Has knowledge of department practices and policies. Regularly prepares presentation and materials with a good understanding of the projects involved. Manages the calendar and meetings for department executives. Responds to inquiries.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Health care, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.
Minimum 4 years Project Support experience and/or project leadership experience required.
