PROGRAM ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE DEGREES, OPERATIONS AND FINANCE , Sloan School of Management-Executive Degree Programs , to provide complex, diverse, and high-level support for the Executive Degree Programs (Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows MBA) with a focus on operations and finance. Will collaborate with peers across the team and the school, assisting in the overall operations of the EMBA and SFMBA programs; function as an individual contributor on a larger operations team by providing interpretation of and resolution to highly varied situations and problems, including managing needs for on-and-off campus classes and modules and programmatic and student-led events; and provide customer service and logistical support to students, faculty, and visitors on selected program delivery days/evenings (including up to 25 Saturdays/year and five Sundays).
Job Requirements REQUIRED : high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years' office experience; service orientation; comfort working in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; self-motivation; ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages, and work both independently with minimal supervision and as a team member; proficiency with standard PC applications, including Microsoft Office, WebEx, and PowerPoint; flexibility; tact and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential matters; and comfort interacting with faculty, executive-level students, and leaders of other MIT offices.
