As our Global Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role on the business services divisional finance team, reporting to the Divisional Finance Officer, with specific responsibility for delivering financial analytics and business decision support to our Information Technology senior leadership. You will maintain an in-depth understanding of business drivers and organizational strategic direction to initiate and oversee highly complex financial analyses, influence business operations and enable strategic decisions.
You will act as the lead finance partner for various groups within Information Technology to influence business operations and decisions. You will add value as a strategic finance partner through long-range business planning, financial planning and analysis, problem solving, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement activities. You will work across Global Finance to communicate and coordinate IT expense in other business units.
You will collaborate across business functions and bring an independent financial perspective to cross-functional teams within Capital Group. Every day, you and your team will be responsible for providing financial insights based on your understanding of key business drivers, leveraging industry trends as applicable. You will provide oversight and guidance on financial models, direct others to prepare financial models, and directly contribute to the professional and technical development of associates through coaching and mentoring.
To thrive in this role, you have experience in strategic planning, business planning, and project management, along with an ability to work under pressure to organize, prioritize, and problem solve amidst ambiguity.
