Job Description The candidate will be a key member of the IT Finance organization, implementing and maintaining a highly controlled financial accounting and reporting environment, supporting a dynamic FP&A process providing insight into future risks and opportunities as well as partnering with IT management on leading strategies designed to enhance efficiencies and optimal cost structures for IT.
Fundamental Components: â¢ Facilitate the monthly close process including the creation and posting of journal entries and subsequent reconciliation of results against forecast â¢ Guide the capital planning process and coordinate with Treasury to align project specific planning â¢ General oversight of financial activities for IT Partners with business unit/function management to analyze and support P&L responsibility â¢ Support the coordination and development of business unit/function financial plans and forecasts â¢ Accountable for the continued improvement to the quality of the management reporting through leading initiatives to implement relevant changes to the current reporting â¢ Develop and implement strategy and action plans to reduce data gaps and ensure efficient and effective use of data for financial reporting & analysis â¢ Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting subject to the deadlines including monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting of risks and opportunities â¢ Assist developing of the budget and support the annual planning process for the department across all segments and business divisions â¢ Assisting in the development, implementation and tracking of project based financial plans and reporting for the departmentâ™s portfolio of products and services â¢ Partner with technology management and leadership to support their key initiatives from a business and financial perspective â¢ Work across finance teams responsible for financial management of the business unit to support reporting and budget oversight functions
An individual with a strong technology and financial management background is sought to join a team that provides financial analysis and insight into business unit technology finance operations. Partner with IT business unit management teams to drive insightful financial and operational control of the business. Responsibilities include providing high quality financial information and projections to help IT Leadership, as well as Business Leadership, make quality decisions regarding IT build and run operations. Additionally, the candidate will assess financial risks and opportunities, to drive organizations' technological investments along the strategic direction established by the CIO.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of FP&A experience

Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Business and/or CPA preferred. SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.
Education Bachelorâ™s Degree required; Preferably in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business or Economics.
