We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Finance Manager within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located in Singapore. The position provides financial/business planning, reporting and analysis support to the Asia Pacific region of the Cardiometabolic Business Unit.

Coordinate planning / LBE process across the Commercial function within the Asia Pacific region
Leads in Plan / LBE process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting system enhancements
Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the P&L, Headcount, and Investment data for all Plan/Updates and LBEs
Establish, maintain, and control financial planning processes to deliver meaningful and comprehensive Plans and LBEs, assuring compliance with Division requirements.
Directly support the Asia Pacific business head and Regional Sales leads to help assess sales performance / metrics, expense budgeting/tracking, and perform financial planning / reporting activities.
Manage the commercial demand forecasting / S&OP process working across the region to ensure demand reconciles with financial planning and supply chain/manufacturing.
Play a leadership role in identifying trends/risks/opportunities in sales and P&L forecasts.
Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal
Ability to present financial data and concepts to management and non-financial personnel
Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Qlikview Applications)
