The Senior Finance Business Support Analyst role provides support to the Strategic Asset Liability Management (SALM) organization within Treasury. The Business Support Manager will drive a wide variety of SALM initiatives, and work with business partners across Treasury, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Risk.
Specific duties may include but are not limited to:
Fielding requests to approve intercompany Guaranties, LOC's and New Products and other related requests
Assisting internal and external Treasury partners with establishing Guaranties, LOC's and New Products
Preparing monthly/quarterly reports
Updating central repository system for guaranties, LOC's and New Products
Completing quality assurance checks
Monitoring team mailbox to respond promptly and accurately to inquiries
Completing ad-hoc projects as requested
Design processes and develop procedures to comply with internal policies and requirements and lead continuous process and control improvements
Work closely with Technology to ensure Treasury Connect requirements are documented and tested in support of LOC management
Work closely with Trade Control Support Partners to ensure trade capture and trade flows operate as designated and remediate gaps accordingly
Management of procedures and processes to ensure compliance with key laws and regulations (i.e. Reg W, CFTC, Swap Dealer/Dodd Frank)
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in risk analysis, treasury/capital markets
Strong proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint
Experience preparing monthly/quarterly reports
Ability to surface and resolve issues with diplomacy
Analytical abilities, financial acumen, problem solving skills
Strong ability to examine physical data and infer relationships to business context and requirements.
Excellent requirements collection and documentation skills.
Excellent communications, planning, collaboration and organizational skills.
