The Job's Mission:
The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate various teams in European Finance Services (EFS) in their training (on the job and classroom learning), knowledge management and documentation efforts as well as any thereby resulting quality improvements. The role will be key in ensuring that processes and knowledge are captured and available for staff when taking on new roles within the Financial Shared Service Centre (SSC) and to support the continuous improvement efforts of the organisation.
This role will drive towards standardised ways of working within and across ERP systems. This professional will initiate, and where possible, develop global standardized ways of working. He/she will be a critical part of any new business integration or scope change within the EFS.
This role requires a strong link to the continuous improvement and operational leads within the Warsaw Finance Centre, Costa Rica Finance Centre and Finance Training and Development team

What you will do:
Process: Training, documentation, controls and compliance
Understand and summarize finance processes into documentation and training materials as well as support the EFS staff in their documentation efforts
Own the onboarding program (inclusive but not limited to system, process and content competency) of new employees
Leverage existing content to drive the continued training and development of finance services community to support management's needs by addressing risk and critical knowledge gaps within operational teams
Own and maintain existing hands-on job manuals and Standard Operating Procedures using innovative and efficient tools while also supporting subject matter experts in this task
Work with Process Excellence team and EFS management to simplify processes where possible in order to consolidate to standard
Identify and establish a metrics tracking system to evaluate the training and development of finance services employees
Actively document process for performing controls as part of the control framework
Support managers in training staff on controls and Blackline reconciliation tool
Leadership and Culture:
Develop a learning and analytical mindset within the EFS
Support transitions and scope changes by documenting processes and initiating changes to deliver standardized ways of working
Play an active role in improving processes and system flow and assists in generating ideas for process improvements
Partner closely with the operational leads and support function leads in Warsaw Finance Center and the Finance Training and Development team
Work on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested
Education & Experience:
Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related subjects
Minimum of 3- 5 years of professional finance work experience (e.g., in accounting of finance operations)
Solid experience and passion for hands on training of process orientated staff
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS) knowledge
CPA, CMA or MBA
Expertise in HFM
Experience with transition of work from and to shared service centers
Process improvement - able to develop and document work processes. Able to drive harmonization and pursue continuous improvement
Project management skills - potential to drive new initiatives, manage deadlines and work with others to make an impact
Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively
