The EMEA Regional Finance Business Partner is a direct report to the EMEA Lifecycle Controller. The position will oversee a team of 3 analysts and will be responsible for the financial management of the Regional EMEA Lifecycle Services (LCS) P&L. In addition, he/she will provide business decision support to the EMEA Lifecycle Regional structure (Proposals, Commercial and M&A, Customer Success, Delivery Excellence and Operations).
More specific responsibilities include:
Financial management for the EMEA Lifecycle Regional structure (Proposals, Commercial and M&A, Customer Success, Delivery Excellence and Operations) entails business decision support, guidance and oversight of the FP&A processes, reporting, and internal controls.
It is key to maximize the time spent in this role on business decision support.
Work with the Global Analytics & Insights team to ensure meaningful business data and analysis is being provided to the various business partners that helps improve decision making and financial performance.
Support EMEA Lifecycle Controller on :
General Financial Planning support relating to EMEA Lifecycle/SSB/CSM consolidation and reporting
Monthly / Quarterly Forecasting
Any adhoc request of data capturing and reporting
Preparation and consolidation of reporting packages such as Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, variations causals
Upload and retrieve of financial data from SAP/HFM/HP Including Quarterly Forecast and AOP
Data capture from regional sales directors
Consolidating and reviewing all regional inputs and presenting to VP
Ensure Sox/US GAAP compliance. Effective internal controls and control weakness remediation on a timely manner.
Compliance with order approval process as per PARB procedure
Revenue recognition policy compliance
Overall control related to Project management

Education: BBA in Finance or Accounting
Certification / License: MBA or CPA a plus
Minimum of five years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience is required with a FP&A or General Accounting emphasis
The ability to work collaboratively across the global finance organization to execute projects, drive standardization and enhance efficiencies
A background supporting a global engineering delivery organization, while not required, is preferred
