We Offer Being one of the experienced Equity Finance/SBL traders in Hong Kong and main points of contacts for key client/lender/broker relationships in delivering focused and professional client servicing, supporting the commercial efforts of the group. Equally there will be responsibilities ensuring all client inquiries are handled efficient and accurately. Along with your coverage of the daily collateral management processes for clients, as well as the securities and stock lending duties of the team. You will also be assisting in developing the regional SBL platform in identifying potential funding opportunities, including coordinating efforts and communications within the team ensuring all regulatory requirements are being followed. A strong focus will be on automating desk processes via on-the-desk solutions as well as via collaboration with tech development to facilitate optimization as well as to improve control aspects of desk operation. Along with your contribution in mentoring, leading juniors on the team to improving, innovating the business, as well as the day to day dynamics and promotion of future growth of the desk in terms of geographic client base.
