Your Role and Responsibilities

Accurate and effective reporting and analysis of workforce capacity, financial data
Ability to review data and provide insights and data trends
Working closely with, and compiling presentations for senior executives and professionals
Assist with planning and execution of day to day business operations
Think strategically and innovatively to help improve and enhance internal business processes
Intermediate skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Highly organised, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities
Ability to work independently (self-directed) and as part of a team
Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Duration: 12 months Study backgrounds: Varied, but interest in Financial / Capacity Data Analysis and Modelling We encourage you to apply if you:
Are currently enrolled in a tertiary degree at a University in Australia/ New Zealand (for the duration of the Internship Program)
Have less than 2 years relevant full-time work experience,
Maintain a credit average, and
Are you an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or PR holder.
