What you will be responsible for As Securities Finance Client Manager you will
Develop and execute a client management strategy in line with the overall Securities Finance divisional strategy and goals.
Create and execute bespoke account plans to deliver desired client experience in line with tiered client model.
Monitor client satisfaction and financial performance, and take proactive steps to address complaints, risks and opportunities in a timely and appropriate manner.
Collaborate with Country and Segment Sales to pro-actively identify opportunities to grow share of wallet, leading contract negotiations and ensuring that onboarding is completed efficiently.
Schedule, manage, and execute all client interactions (including performance reviews), including the preparation and follow up.
Organize, produce and maintain marketing collateral in accordance with corporate standards, including the creation of bespoke presentations when required.
Manage the RFP process in conjunction with the SSGM RFP team and Segment Sales, including regular reviews of the RFP response database and the creation of bespoke proposals when required.
Update CRM database (Salesforce, etc.,) to ensure accuracy of all client information (interactions, leads, opportunities, etc.,)
Embrace risk excellence culture (including self-identification of risks, updating non-standard risk documentation, reporting and escalating of issues in a timely and appropriate manner).

Education & Preferred Qualifications
CFA/CAIA would be desirable
At least 5 years sales and/or relationship management experience with financial institutions and/or hedge funds
Familiarity with Securities Finance would be desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) skills
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
Candidates with proficiency in spoken English preferred.
Travel up to 20%-30% may be required
