Job Description CVS Health has a Finance leader opportunity to join our team. The Director of Enterprise Virtual Care Finance supports product, strategy, business case development, maintaining financial integrity of all numbers, and overseeing FP&A responsibilities. You will partner with product owners to develop, pilot and launch digital and virtually enabled programs to create value for members, consumer and business partners across the enterprise. You will report to the Senior Director, Finance.
Some responsibilities included in this role are: â¢ Work with senior business executives to identify target domains, perform valuations, create business cases, and secure support from other relevant stakeholders â¢ Conduct research and analysis on the macro market trends, industry landscape, and regulations â¢ Initiate early-stage discussions cross-functionally for value opportunities collecting information to validate assumptions, calculate TAM, SAM, SOM, assist with due diligence, etc â¢ Coordinate and support integration planning, tracking, prioritizing and processes for new value opportunities â¢ Oversee the development of driver-based financial models to forecast the business and help business leaders understand important value levers and sensitivities â¢ Working with matrixed partners on pricing, go to market strategies, and ongoing KPI measurement to ensure the financial and operational success of the products, capabilities and platforms deployed.
In addition to supporting Enterprise Virtual Care, the Director will direct a Sr Manager who supports the Strategy & Delivery team by securing capital and resources, developing annual and quarterly forecasts, building financial models, reporting on actuals and variances month to month, and other tactical FP&A activities.
Primary Tasks: â¢ Partner with the business to ensure financial outlook is aligned with operations and strategic direction of the business. â¢ Develop close working relationships with Finance teams across the enterprise to cultivate collaboration â¢ Experience leading all corporate finance activities for new markets, products, commercialization, and pricing â¢ Oversee and communicate the financial models built, investment analyses, and business cases which guide the business and senior leadership
Required Qualifications â¢ 10+ years corporate finance, investment banking or financial consulting experience; OR Master's degree and 7+ years corporate finance, investment banking or financial consulting experience â¢ Experience in financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications â¢ 5+ years of P&L management â¢ Medical Device, Healthcare, managed care industries â¢ Digital or technology-centric products experience â¢ Advanced degree in Business â¢ FSA/CPA certifications â¢ Product Finance, Investment banking or consulting experience
