City based International Banking Group wish to recruit an individual to work as part of a specialist Front Office team. The person appointed will take primary responsibility for the ongoing monitoring of the loans in the Bank's Aviation Finance portfolio.
Key responsibilities will be:
To carry out and oversee all covenant compliance checks for each of the loan facilities in the Aviation Finance portfolio, in accordance with the requirements in each loan agreement and any additional internal rules.
To act as the primary point of contact for external parties in relation to the ongoing management of each Aviation Finance loan
To receive and review any requests from Borrowers for waivers or other changes to the facilities.
Provide support when required to Front Officers in the preparation and analysis of new business applications and amendments.
Preparation of reporting paperwork for each transaction for approval by the relevant Front Officer.
Applicants for this opportunity should preferably be ACIB/degree qualified and offer at least 2 years Middle Office agency and security trustee experience in the Aviation or Aircraft Finance sector, gained within a recognised Bank actively engaged in international syndicated lending. Strong numeracy and familiarity with financial and credit analysis techniques are essential as is a professional and engaging manner.
