Finance Manager

The Village of Downers Grove is accepting applications for the position of Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will be an empathetic people manager able to assist staff and residents with important customer service issues and highly technical financial accounting inquires.  Candidates with versatile management experience, an aptitude and interest in financial software, and great customer service are encouraged to apply!

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, with CPA or MBA preferred.  A minimum of five years’ experience in accounting required, with government accounting preferred.

Salary:  $81,250-$111,718 with starting salary up to $97,500.
