Finance Business Partner

Our client, one of London's leading real estate investors, developers and advisors with a mixed-use portfolio globally are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the existing finance team to champion both the UK and European portfolio.

This role will be split across the financial and management accounts, business partnering and financial planning & analysis for the wider portfolio, as well as support the Head Of Finance on key decision making alongside senior stakeholders.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Preparing quarterly reports for the UK investor entities, reconciliation of the balance sheet, quarterly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• prepare quarterly debt compliance for the UK as well as other European Jurisdictions
• Business Partner the internal Asset Management, Development and Acquisition teams as a Finance Business Partner
• Support quarterly forecasting of development, capital and functional project budgets and forecasts
• Support the Asset Managers in quarterly review of Fair Market Value of UK assets
• Participate in UK quarterly operational calls with property managers, asset managers and finance
• Prepare and file annual financial statements and other statutory reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts

Experience required

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent (Part-qualified or newly qualified)
• Experience working within a real estate investment or development organisation
• Experience with UK GAAP & IFRS reporting
• Proficient in Excel and experience in a variety of accounting software
