Finance Director, Healthcare Services

Our client is a local healthcare services group and has good track record of growth. They are currently looking for a Finance Director to lead the finance function for the group.

This position will report into the CEO and will be responsible for the overall finance operations, including consolidation, accounting, reporting, business analysis, tax, audit, controls and compliance for the Group. You will also manage the outsourced service provider to ensure accurate and timely reporting. You will act as a key business partner to the CEO and management to drive growth, operational efficiency and performance of the business. In line with their expansion plans, you will also be involved in potential acquisitions and integration projects, being a key support to drive business's evolving strategies and initiatives.

Ideally you have 12 to 15 years' finance and business leadership experience. You have broad based finance experience and are a strategic thinker. You have demonstrated track record in building a high performing team and possess executive maturity. You have strong influencing skills and demonstrate good commercial acumen.

A proactive and hands-on leader, you possess a can-do' attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for the success of this role.

Experience within healthcare services sector will be highly advantageous.
