Requirements of skills & competencies - Experienced with regulatory reporting processes as well as an overview of data flow within systems.
- Involvement with current MAS 610 requirements and basic accounting knowledge advantageous
- Have the knowledge of the MAS reporting requirement for new MAS 610 reporting
- Knows how to handle project complexity in terms of how stakeholder management, systems conflict management, analysis and execution.
- Understand concepts such as static data, industry codes, data governance and control as well as financial reporting
- Have worked in a finance department and understand basic reporting concepts
- Experience working in team engagements to finalize new operating models and roadmaps for change across people, process, data and technology
- Run requirements from head office, regional office and local office to prepare specific data and processes IBOR Transition ranging from operations to Risk, Legal, Front Office, Finance, IT, Business and ComplianceExtract, process and prepare data for treatment by regional team to assess risks and opportunities in the transition, including highlights of key dependencies and blocking points
- Review processes, bypasses, challenges ahead and propose proxy approach
- Adaptable to an evolving scope of tasks, comfortable with uncertainty as well as changing global requirements
- Both projects require a dynamic mindset which can shift between change manager / product owner / project manager / business analyst depending on the level of involvement in each workstream and/or project.
- Leads by example change management best practice on initiatives driven by the workstreams
- Lead requirements workshops to engage stakeholders such as Front Office users to gather and validate business requirements with proper traceability
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies
