About the Department The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.
Group Finance We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.
Job Responsibilities Overall in charge for PFS Singapore Business Finance - Performance Management & Product Analytics.
Partner and work directly with business heads and product teams on their budgeting and rolling forecast. Perform analysis, track and monitor margins, volumes, productivity, headcount, expense management, cost initiatives and non-financial KPIs.
Identify and dimension opportunities and risk of business / product financials on a timely manner, and track for closure.
Work closely with business heads to review, build and validate budget and long term strategic targets, designing models to track and simulate engines of growth and initiatives of business / product financials
Prepare and attend monthly business review and segment reviews
Ensure financials are in compliance to latest accounting standards; product and segment mapping are align to Group hierarchy
Engage annual and ad-hoc Fund Transfer Pricing review
Lead and partner business to realize benefits of cost, transformation (both revenue and cost) initiatives and MIS related projects.
Perform MAS/ICAAP Stress test review and validation and leading team to clear regulatory and external audits.
Post Graduate Degree/Degree holder in Accounting and Finance, CPA / CA or other professional qualification
Min 10-15 years of related work years, mainly in business partnering role and MIS experience
Experience in people management and leading a team
Solid experience in management reporting and analysis, financial control and cost management
Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and partnering skills
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills
