Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
Act as the COO for Consumer & Core Engine Technology (C2E)
Risk Management and Change Management
o Manage a team of Risk Manager to manage o Technology Risks/Issues/Incidents o Support Internal and External Audit o SDM - Manage/monitor technology OSP o Act as the trusted advisor from technology, to advice other BU/SU SDM
Financial Management
o Manage the build and operate budget - from the following aspects: budget/forecast/actual o Strategize the spending profile to the unit for both build and operate o Facilitate initiatives prioritization o Regular Group and Country level reporting
Vendor Management
o Ensure all vendor engagements aligns to GPS standards and guidelines
Staff Engagement
o Proactively drive the engagement agenda to promote a coherent culture among the technology community
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology / Accounting 15 Years of working experience - technology management Exposure in global/regional banking environment is preferred Proactive, Independent and can-do attitude Fluent English/Cantonese is a must Mandarin is nice to have
