This is a 6 months contract position for a Finance Manager role in the Group Finance Department at a leading securities and investment banking company in Hong Kong. The finance manager will be a key member in the group management reporting team, responsible for all aspects of group management reporting and analysis.
Key Duties
Responsible for preparation of business performance projection and analysis, providing meaningful insights to group business heads and management
Key business partner providing analysis and commentary on revenue, cost, performance metrics, budget & forecasting
Review business segmental balance sheet and analyse key movements
Review monthly group cost allocation to businesses
Lead various ad-hoc reports, analysis and projects
Experience Required:
University graduate with at least 6 - 7 years of management and/or financial reporting experience in the financial services industry
Big 4 professional firms experience is an advantage
Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or other professional associations or candidates
Good working knowledge in accounting and reporting and highly proficient in preparing and analysing financial data and business performance metrics
A good team player also be able to work independently
Able to manage work pressure and manage deadlines
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams to discuss and advise various key financial and performance information
Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office, ERP systems such as Oracle & SAP will be ideal
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be desirable
