Private Equity Finance Manager

Role Title: Private Equity Finance Manager || Salary: £75,000 plus bonus

If you are currently in a Fund Finance position within Private Equity and would be interested in a role where you work directly with the PE Partner and Investment Managers in the PE team then this is a great role for you.

In this role you will have responsibility for 6 funds at varying stages in their life cycle and will have ownership of all management / investor reporting, carry / waterfall models, year-end and all other aspects of finance relating to the funds.

****Requirements****

- Have worked with GP / LP structures
- Previous experience with carry / waterfall models and making sure they accurately reflect the LPA
- Qualified Accountant with very strong academics
