Assist in the development and preparation of key reporting packs including reports for Boards, Senior Management and other committees
Liaise with regional/global Finance colleagues with regards to FP&A matters and finance operations matters as required
Management Reporting - perform P&L & Product analysis (such as income & expense & net margin analysis, FUM & fund flow reporting, etc) by collaborating with relevant departments and core dependencies - perform financial analysis and business performance reviews for providing insights & supports for management & business decisions.
Assist in preparation of annual or periodic operating plans (budgets/forecasts)
Maintenance of the Finance control framework to ensure it is operating appropriately and in accordance with Group policies
Identify areas for improvement and implementing these through best practice financial processes and controls
Participate and assist change management across the region and globally
Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives locally, regionally or globally, from time to time
Assist in any ad hoc tasks as appointed by Seniors
Business Travel might be required
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate with 2-4 years of experiences in Financial Services organisations (Asset Management would be an advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with a good customer focus
Ability to work independently to deliver timely and accurate outputs
Good understanding of best practice financial processes and controls
Strong analytical mind, with an ability to question and influence
Good interpersonal skills
Strong Computer skills
Graduate qualifications in finance / business / economics
Post graduate qualifications would be an advantage (e.g. CPA / CA)
