Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Must be a proven and effective leader with finesse in delivering optimal performance, by communicating vision, strategy, goals, results, through focus groups, and internal/external surveys, while optimizing company culture and brand equity in a DISTRIBUTOR ENVIRONMENT!
Must have spent a career in multiple industries, offers a breadth of experience in a variety of environments including service, and distribution.
• A mission driven executive with strong general management skills, our candidate has the unique ability to develop and implement business plans, including annual operating, mid-term, and strategic planning, while executing strategic and tactical initiatives without compromise to the direction of the company, its employees as well as the board of directors.
Candidate must have diverse skill-sets.
Must have experience in Accounting, along with an understanding of Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Management through financial metrics, scorecards, and key performance indicators.

Fifteen plus years of financial experience and management experience with the day- to- day financial operations in a manufacturing or distribution organization with multiple lines of business
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt well to change Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
Proven successful partnership with sales team to motivate and assist them in reaching/exceeding goals
Experience in identifying and implementing process efficiencies
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
