The Finance Manager is responsible for facilitating revenue growth and operating margin performance by leading analytics and process implementation efforts to support various Business Partners.
Uses complex financial modeling to distill large amounts of business data into actionable insights for the business partners supported.
Provides critical analysis, pricing and support for strategic growth opportunities (i.e. RFPs, Mergers & Acquisitions, new business opportunities, health plan contracts, etc.)
Interfaces with various peer groups within Finance to support the development and implementation of the corporate Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budget tracking and outlook processes.
Plans and supports broad assignments and recommends changes to analytical and budgetary methods and processes, enabling value creation through business efficiency.
Enforces the Company’s policies and procedures in support of profitability, contract management, compliance and auditing practices.
Lead, coach and develop direct reports.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
4+ years of experience of professional accounting/finance experience
Direct supervisory experience strongly preferred

Capable of deploying and articulating strategic solutions to prospective business opportunities
Demonstrates a strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis
Strong Microsoft Excel skills necessary
Must be comfortable summarizing large amounts of data
