This position will serve as advisor to the Vice Chancellor to implement and monitor the strategic agenda for the division and develop appropriate assessment measures for activities.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* Provide project management oversight for division and campus initiatives that are responsibilities of or delegated to the Division of Finance and Administration.
* Act as primary liaison for campus space planning activities in partnership with Capital Projects.
* Act as the primary resource for emergency management activities for IUPUI and as the primary liaison with IU Emergency Management.
* Serve as a liaison for the campus to the University Policy Committee.
* Provide leadership and management for the IUPUI Office of Sustainability department including budgetary oversight.
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field and five years of experience in higher education with significant leadership experience; OR master's degree and three years of experience in higher education with significant leadership experience.
Strong critical thinking, judgement and decision making, and time management skills. Ability to problem solve. Organization and project management skills. Strong financial understanding and adaptability. Strong attention to detail. Proficient with computers, including Microsoft office. Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information.
Project management and assessment experience.
