Degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
Experience within a public or higher education institution strongly preferred.
Strong financial skills required with close attention to detail.
Proven strategic planning experience and capacity to add value to the Center as a whole.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-directing and the ability to be proactive and provide leadership across the Center.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
High degree of judgement and proven capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to present financial data in a format that is helpful to the Director, Faculty Co-Directors, program managers and affiliated faculty.
MBA or Master's degree in relevant field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel skills
Knowledge of advanced financial operations principles
