Under the direction of the Senior Finance Analyst, the incumbent is responsible for the financial and administration of accounts within the Department of Dermatology. Also provides general administrative and finance support duties, including purchasing, reconciling, data collection and report manipulation, and inventory management. Responsible for all academic activities for the department including faculty recruitments, appointments, re-appointments, change in series, merits and promotions, no actions and leaves of absence. Serves as a department resource regarding administrative and business functions. This position requires sound communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills which are often within a team environment.
