VP Credit (Larger Corporate / Structured Trade Finance)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assume full responsibility of corporate credit origination process to develop new trade finance businesses including export finance and commodity finance in Middle East and maintain existing portfolio.
• To take leading role of corporate credit analysis of the group partially taking responsibility of the Team Head.
• To take care of credit monitoring, preparation of credit application, presenting the proposal to internal stakeholders and preparing the underlying documentation of proposed facility.
• Lead and be responsible for corporate credit of GTFD Dubai and report to Team Head and Group Head.
• Conduct credit monitoring and prepare credit applications and facility documentation in line with internal credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor the situation of countries and industries which are covered by the group and share the relevant information with group members and management

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 8 years of strong expertise in corporate credit analysis in wider industries while FI credit is a key advantage.
• A plenty of experience in handling large corporate trade finance facilities including export finance and commodity finance in terms of credit and documentation process.
• International banking experience is preferred.
