The Vice President in Corporate Finance is primarily responsible for managing certain client relationships for late stage private, public and global enterprises in the PNW technology ecosystem, as it relates to their debt, investments, depository, FX and global treasury needs. Ability to perform independently with a solid understanding of credit and capital markets, SVB's product platform, global/domestic treasury solutions, competition, technology market and SVB's unique market advantages. Ability to build/enhance a network of business contacts with senior management of clients/prospects, community leaders and other referral sources, which will enhance SVB's visibility within our markets. Keen interest in technology, and in leveraging SVB's data and insights to elevate our relationships and brand. In addition, the candidate would support the efforts of the team leader on more complex and multi-faceted relationships by establishing deep relationships with other key employees at those companies and leading research and materials preparation for client and prospect meetings.

Advanced knowledge of bank operations and products.
