In joining our finance team, you'll work with our clients to transform their finance function and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.
Within Consulting, you will be working with Finance Function Effectiveness competency, which provides advisory services focused on CFO agenda like:
Finance operating model and finance transformation
Strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting and reporting
Corporate treasury and cash management
Public Financial Management, including Treasury Single Account, GFMIS and Cash to Accrual
Effective financial control, reporting and consolidation
Shared services finance and transactional efficiencies
Robotic Process Automation
Costing and Cost Optimization Opportunities
Leveraging Cloud / On Premise ERP, Treasury, EPM and Digital technologies
Supporting adoption of new accounting standards (eg. IFRS)
BU Competency and Industry Alignment As a finance competency, you will support multiple Industry Verticals. However, we expect you to bring expertise in 2-3 key industry verticals.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advise client's on their S/4 HANA Finance transformation roadmaps and develop migration strategies to transition from SAP ECC Platforms
M anagement of full life cycle implementations
Play a critical client facing role that interprets and translates a client's requirements into a technological solution
Provide solutions to problems to enable a digitally driven business model with SAP
Actively participate in the delivery of solutions to drive value creation for the end user via use of SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Central Finance and Finance Cloud
Consult with stakeholders and advise on change requirements to provide a business case
Undertake workshops post-implementation to consult on the client's needs
Lead knowledge building and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyse, identify and communicate requirements for change.
Whilst working in the Finance Consulting team you will work collaboratively with colleagues from the broader Consulting Team and other Lines of Service, in order to shape the future of our clients and to bring about positive change. You will have access to all of the latest training and development tools and the support of the wider PwC network.
S trong experience in revenue generation and business wins
Experience within presales architecture and solution design and management
Experience within SAP Finance/S4 HANA architecture
Extensive SAP Finance functional skills based from client facing engagements
Understanding of the transformational benefits of SAP S/4 HANA
Proven consulting experience within a full cycle implementation
Ability to understand and translate a client's requirements into solution definition and manage the process to satisfy the client's needs
Confidence in communicating the implications of complex technical concepts to non-technical, senior personnel
Team lead, managerial or mentoring experience
Experience in process optimisation using advanced process mining techniques
Fluency in English is Essential and Bilingual skills in Arabic language will be an added advantage
The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirement dictate
Minimum years experience required
5-9 years of relevant experience in a similar role, out of which a minimum of 3 years must be within consulting focus on finance transformation or broader finance technology consulting.
