ElderServe Health, Inc. is looking for a full time Director of Finance to join our dynamic team.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for the investigation of return of capitation reports, balance sheet account analysis, agency fee accruals, analysis of third party receivables and payables. Will assist with monthly financial closing, budgeting, administrative expense analysis, temporary usage analysis, and cash flow analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA required. Five (5) years of financial responsibility in healthcare required, preferably experience with Medicare. Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles, financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting for healthcare required. Three (3) years of supervisory experience required. MS Office required. Must be able to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
RiverSpring Health Plans by RiverSpring Health offers a salary range of $150-160K per year, comprehensive benefits, and a congenial work environment that is conducive for professional growth.
