The Owens Corning Finance & Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) attracts recent highly talented college graduates in the fields of Finance, Accounting and/or Economics. The program is designed to develop these individuals into future Finance Leaders through a structured 3 year competency-based rotational assignments in manufacturing, business finance and finance/accounting operation areas. Mentoring opportunities are established with company leaders to provide on-going guidance and feedback. Participants receive continuous assessment and feedback against core competencies.
Upon successful completion of the program, past participants have attained roles as plant controllers, advanced auditors, senior accountants, financial or treasury analysts. This experience opens the door to many exciting and challenging opportunities in finance as well as other parts of the company.
Recent college undergraduates with relevant internship experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Outstanding work ethic
Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile
MBA, BA, BS or BBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or Business Administration with a 3.2 or greater overall GPA desired
Location of Assignment:
World Headquarters in Toledo, Ohio and various manufacturing facilities throughout North America, with a potential rotation internationally.
