Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President Solutions Structuring .
Provide support to the Solution Structuring on key deals and clients, liaising with product, implementation and proposition teams
Work closely with the Solution Implementation team to ensure solution can be implemented successfully
Ensuring products are priced appropriately and good understanding of the pricing systems.
Personally and through others, holds and develops predominant technical expertise in open account solutions like Receivables Finance, Supply Chain finance across geographies with understanding of trends and market development.
Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships
Ensure that the Solutions Structuring team is responsive to the requirements and expectations of the Global Businesses.
Work closely with key colleagues across Global Businesses and Functions awareness of GTRF products
Knowledge of Trade Finance structures at a global level having experience in global multinational financial departments, supply chain, pre export finance, and or commodity finance.
Proven track record in Frontline coverage will be an added advantage
Thorough understanding of Working Capital management aspects
Very strong financial and analytical skills with very good problem analysis
Good knowledge of Receivables Finance, Supply Chain and Open Account propositions and business models.
Proven ability to navigate and implement inside a cross-functional and matrix organizational model
Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse
