The Vice President of Finance and Accounting is responsible for the management of the overall sound fiscal operations of the Cooperative and directing of the activities of the Finance Department. This includes the functions of accounting, treasury, rate-making, corporate planning and financial forecasting. Assist the Chief Executive Officer in strategic and tactical planning for the Cooperative.

Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related field is preferred. Six (6) or more years of extensive finance and accounting experience is required, preferably with an electric utility. Management of finance personnel and accounting functions is preferred. CPA is a plus.
