Summary of Essential Duties:
As our next Clinical Research Finance Associate, you can look forward to supporting clinical trial budget invoicing by industry sponsors. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable professional for this critically important role to ensure compliance with all federal and local agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and local Institutional Review Board (IRB). You will collaborate closely with the clinical trials staff in our state-of-the-art facility to complete the following daily tasks.
Assists with invoicing sponsors, patient research billing, reimbursement to ancillary departments and payment tracking
Use and assist with the management of the CTMS and incoming payments, which may include creating clinical trials and budgets and maintaining throughout the trial
Post payments to the CTMS
Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and follow up with sponsors to collect unpaid invoices
Produce reports from the CTMS for management
Assists with reconciliation of incoming payments
Maintains research practices using Good Clinical Practice guidelines
Maintains strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and applicable law
Participates in required training and education programs
