We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Implementation and Digital Product Manager.
Lead in country and regional client implementation for Supply Chain Financing programs, providing bespoke buyer and supplier set up arrangements, covering pre sales and post sales activities
Lead the GTRF channel implementation team on HSBCnet Trade module, HSBC Connect and Third party Platforms, including NTP, delivering client implementation programs as part of end to end client execution and transaction fulfilment lifecycle
Drive the plans and priorities for GTRF Singapore's implementation strategy, ensuring that the bank's global and regional requirements are accurately accounted for in our client onboarding methodology
Manage the product development for GTRF in-country projects, such as NTP, and actively contribute to global and regional projects for channels such as eRF, HSCF and API connectivity.
Support the Regional PM by leading discussions regarding IT investments, prioritisation, ATP and project deployment
Manage key product governance implementation, such as pricing governance, governance related to global product inventory and implementation related outsourcing arrangements.
Train the implementation team in performing efficient completion of technical and operational onboarding activities for new to trade or new to bank clients
Leverage on client feedback in assisting Product and Propositions team in developing client propositions and product enhancements
Manage the outsourcing of certain services to internal stakeholders
Manage production issues for SCF, HSCBnet and HSBC Connect
Build and manage relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders including Business Development, Relationship Management, Product and Proposition Management, Client Services, and Chief Control Office
Encourage and enable constructive cross country and cross business teamwork, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Recommend improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise
Ensure adherence to recommendations by Credit and Risk, Know Your Customer procedures, and other GTRF guidelines
Relevant experience in transaction banking implementation and client servicing
Strong knowledge of trade finance with focus on underlying technology and implementation processes
Strong communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work under time pressure
Negotiation and change management skills will be an advantage
