Bachelor's degree required plus three (3) years of budget management experience
Experience working with financial advising software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Ability to handle to manage confidential information with utmost discretion and a high degree of professionalism is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet.
Ability to understand the needs of the Harvard College community and work with students, faculty and staff in a wide array of situations is essential.
Some evening /weekend work is required.
