The Director- Corporate Finance will be an experienced financial professional with leadership skills, technical competency within corporate finance, and executive level communication skills. The Director will be proficient in building and reviewing financial models in Excel. The Director will excel in a high-transaction volume, tight timeline environment with the ability to compartmentalize objectives. Experience with a company-owned financing company (FinCo) will be helpful. Further, s/he will possess a high level of self-sufficiency and the ability to work through problems.
Develop financial models and proposed business solutions in support of company objectives
Lead cross-functional evaluation of financing options and make recommendations consistent with company’s operational and strategic objectives
Demonstrate creativity in structuring and implementing non-traditional financing
Lead the development of financing documents, including indentures and bank credit facilities, securitizations and leases
Take a leadership role in financial risk management to include foreign exchange exposure and optimizing interest rate exposure.
Be subject matter expert on lease finance solutions in support of the company’s strategic plan
Have expert knowledge of the company’s debt agreements, including covenants
On a quarterly basis, lead in quantitative testing of debt covenants
Supervise and lead cash management team and ensure timely and accurate execution and reporting
Support the Treasurer as required:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 8 years of corporate finance experience in the treasury function of a multi-national company
Ability to balance multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
High level of diplomacy and tact, ensuring confidentiality of information when required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Can demonstrate collaborative style with excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other related field
